In addition, he gave it a stun mode and a sniping mode, along with the automatic mode it already had. Kaluk keeps the DH-17 Blaster Pistol on him primarily to give to his contracts. All Imperial Assassins have wait three minutes before killing the target, giving the victim an opportunity to escape. Kaluk believes this is stupid, but he complies.)

Early Life-
A slave living on Tatooine until the age of 14, Kaluk often enjoyed hunting the small creatures that somehow made their way into the city. He had been caught multiple times, and was always harshly punished for it, due to him using his master's blaster pistol for the deeds. Kaluk was displeased with his master, as Kaluk believed he wasn't being utilized properly. He had eventually lead himself to believe that he was too good at hunting to be a slave for the rest of his life, and that he needed to pursue a life of hunting. In order to do this, however, he had to be free. As his master was sleeping, Kaluk snuck from the Slave Quarters, he took his master's blaster, and shot him in his sleep. He then proceeded to flee by stowing away on a freighter, and was off to Coruscant.
Galactic Civil War- Kaluk eventually found himself working under the Empire after many years of bounty hunting for the Hutts, which he still did a little bit of. Hunting multiple outlaws, some important Rebel figures, and a couple of politicians, Kaluk had it good with the Empire. One day, he decided to take his job a little deeper, and hunted exclusively for the Empire.
